The SCHOLAR is situated by the side of N.H.-31 on the outskirts of Islampur town of Uttar Dinajpur district, THE SCHOLAR provides the ideal ambience for the blossoming minds of the learners. Its natural setup creates and helps nurture an educational environment conducive for humane upbringing of our children.

Possessing an impressive building THE SCHOLAR declares its existence and makes its presence felt by everyone. Its ADMINISTRATIVE SECTION comprises Principal's chamber, Co-ordinator’s office, Main Office with Enquiry & Help Desk wing and Accounts Section. Its ACADEMIC SECTION in the main building houses spacious classrooms, laboratories, library and a big multi purpose hall with integrated hygienic washrooms and lavatories.

Its spacious library has a wide collection of books serving as a great resource centre for teachers as well as students. Presently we have four laboratories e.g. Physics, Chemistry, Biology and a fully equipped state of the art Computer Lab. Two immediate labs for Mathematics and Geography are in the way of being made. Our school possesses two big generators to provide uninterrupted power supply in the school. Our school doesn't put emphasis of on academics only, but emphasizes upon sporting skills also. For it, it has a a play ground surrounded by shady trees. Adjacent to the field, there is the Annex building housing the Montessori Section for the toddlers. It is an integrated block comprising classes Mon-I to Std.-I. Each of the classes has its own separate sections with separate classrooms.
